My experience at Group 1 Ford Farnborough was cracking because Hollie and the team were extremely helpful, personable and engaging throughout the experience. From first contacting me and arranging the visit to test drive upon choosing the used car online, to the final pick up/handover. Took time with me to go over all the dashboard functions etc and understanding that i was emotional about letting go of my car, which was originally bought at Farnborough Group1 by my Dad, and has been my car since he passed away in 2020. I am very pleased with the Focus EcoBoost auto, and would highly recommend this dealership to friends.

Chris was very welcoming and attentive when we visited Ford on Thursday. He talked us through the cars and offered 2 test drives. The experience at Group 1 Ford Farnborough was fantastic because the sales representative we dealt with (Lee) was very helpful and friendly. He was also extremely knowledgeable. So much so we bought two cars from him in a week. I couldn’t recommend Group 1 Ford in Farnborough and Lee Normington more. If I had need for a third car and the funds, I’d definitely go back!
